  1. Booth decorations and vendor garb must be appropriate to the Medieval/Renaissance Period.

  2. The quality, value, and craftsmanship of products for sale will be evaluated from submitted photos included with application.

  3. The A. R. F. is looking for Unique products, especially hand-crafted items.

  4. Food and drink as ready consumables will not be considered as arts and crafts. Please request a Food Vendors application. 

  5. Products/Crafts that the A.R.F considers dangerous, toxic, and/or harmful will not be approved.

  6. Handicrafts assembled from commercial kits, T-shirts, and/or items not in keeping with the theme will not be approved.

If you are a merchant interested in vending at the Alabama Renaissance Faire,

please read the Selection Criteria before e-mailing our director for details about how to apply. We will notify you when your application is approved. 

Vendors must supply tents, tables, and chairs appropriate to the faire.

Basic booth space is 12 x 12.  Multiple booth spaces may be requested.
