Queen Elizabeth's Afternoon Tea Party

Queen Elizabeth!

 

Only 30 tickets will be sold! 
 

Queen Elizabeth invites parents with children of all ages to join her for tea. This special invitation is to allow families to experience a Taste of the Renaissance on the afternoon of the Alabama Renaissance Faire's Annual Autumnal Feast, October 18, 2025, from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Florence-Lauderdale Coliseum (Our Feasting Hall)!

 

Featuring:

A Traditional British Afternoon Tea Menu

​

• Course 1: sandwiches- egg salad, cucumber, roast beef.

• Course 2: soul cakes, scones (w/ jam & clotted cream).

• Course 3: almond petit fours glacé, Victoria sandwich, marchpane cookies, Bakewell tartlets.

• Earl Grey Tea and Lemonade will be provided as drinks.

 

3 Interactive Activities:

• Dancing the Maltese

• The Midsummer Fairy Trio's presentation of Shakespeare's

“A Misummer Night’s Dream Blessing- Puck, Oberon, and Titania”

• Becoming a Knight or Dame of Firenze

 

An Early-Bird Offer:

Tickets are $25.00, but early-birds who email a request for tickets to director@thealrenfaire.org with "Duchess Darlene the Learned Sent Me" in the 

subject line and the number of tickets requested will pay $22.00 per ticket, (saving $3 each)!

 

Online Ticket Sales:

In a reply to your email, if tickets are available, you will receive a bank link to buy and reserve your number of seats. Your email from the bank forwarded to director@thealrenfaire.org with "Will Call" in the subject line will serve as your confirmation and ticket at the door. Please bring a screenshot or printed copy with you to the Queen's Tea.

 

This is planned as a one-time only event to honor our current Monarch. We may never hold it again. Our official professional photographer (Soul-Catching) will also be available to take photos and sell packages.
