Alabama's Official RenFaire
Interested in Becoming a Vendor at the 2024 ALRF?
We welcome a wide range of vendors to showcase their wares at our event. As part of our commitment to quality, we want our vendors to showcase unique, hand-crafted, Medieval/Renaissance themed items and booth decor. We take our vendor selection process seriously to ensure that we do not have too many vendors selling the same items and that we only accept the best of the best. We accept applications on a first-received, first-served basis and have more requests than we have vendor spaces available. Therefore, we use email to decide which vendors to invite to apply.
To apply to become a vendor, please read the 2024 Vendor Application (images below) and then follow these directions:
1. Email director@thealrenfaire.org.
2. Describe the items you plan to sell (you may attach photos).
3. Describe the size and decor of your booth (you may attach photos).
4. Check your email for your invitation to become a vendor at the 2024 Alabama Renaissance Faire. If you are NOT invited to apply, you will be notified immediately.
5. Send in your completed application and payment.
6. If our vendor selection committee approves your application and your application fee is received, you will be sent a confirmation letter or email.
7. Add the 38th Alabama Renaissance Faire to your event calendar!
